Magnesium

I am now on my second bottle of ionic magnesium. The only thing I would change ...is to put it in a glass jar as our bodies and brains are full of microplastics. The quality is amazing. Could make a 1 liter glass bottle of the product at an affordable price. Helps me sleep much better.

Mixing 1 table spoon with a glass of seltzer and tart cherry juice. Tastes great. So far has been working great to improve sleep at night.

It really improves the spasm during I sleep. Just takes for several days only, the situation already improves a lot.

High quality magnesium supplement with good ingredients. Packaging is of good quality. Will prefer a glass packaging though

I've read that this form of magnesium - magnesium chloride - is the form that the body actually uses and all other forms have to be converted into magnesium chloride to be used. I'm not sure if that's true, but personally I like taking3-4 different forms of magnesium. Magnesium chloride is a little "hot", but I take a few drops everyday in water or juice. This large bottle is a great value.
