Wife and I have been on it since day one of it showing up. I've noticed a much better overall feeling of gut health. I deal with gastrointestinal issues caused by anxiety and this has helped tremendously. Wife isn't a fan of the taste but like everything in life the good things for you usually don't taste good. Combining this in the evening before bed and I take a daily shot of fire cider in the afternoon I've had zero constipation and Noticed a huge change of heart burn frequency. My husband came down with a terrible respiratory infection (not COVID) about a month ago. He's still fighting it off. I've been taking the SCD probiotic for a few months. I noticed that I was a little snotty the first week that he was sick, but it never really developed. Then, of course, I ran out of the probiotic. I ordered some as soon as I realized it, but I still went 3 days without. In that time the germ took hold and I started to feel increasingly more sick. As soon as I got my order I started a twice/day 1 tbsp dose. Amazingly, within 2 days, the flu symptoms were all but gone. I absolutely attribute it to taking SCD probiotics. I recommend it to everyone! Yes, it has a very particular flavor. I was worried that my stomach would be upset by it. Nope! I take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and before bed at night. Hoping I sail through the year without any illnesses. As a teacher this will be an amazing feat. I have high hopes based on my results so far.

I didn't care for the taste, and then my Homeopathic gave me another probiotic to fight off Lyme. I will continue once I'm done with the treatment. when I used found no change.

When IBS flares up, this is the best probiotic! Some probiotics can be too strong on some people. This tonic is just perfect! Does its job without irritating your intestines. I always travel with it, just in case!
