Sleep has a delightful honeydew and lemon flavor to it, and man does it taste good. The shot is very refreshing. I don't know what it has to do with sleep, but it is very tasty nonetheless. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say the flavor of the lemon and honeydew didn't mix well. At least for me, everyone is different. It left a strange aftertaste and is definitely not one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a different flavor than I am used to but I feel like it's a bunch of hooey. The thing is loaded with vitamins since it's real fruit but it didn't do anything to help with my sleep. If you need a serving of fruit and don't have time to eat if maybe you could use this but I don't think it's a practical product.
