I have noticed a huge change in the way I feel. I have less bloat and less gassy feeling. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is irregular as a natural source of cleansing. I received the immunity pack free from Meta and I am sixteen days into the campaign. I take vitamins daily and am usually pretty healthy through the summer months so I am not sure how well it is working...I will buzz more in two weeks when I finish the campaign. Good health revolves around the gut. Probiotics are extremely important in my everyday diet, especially having IBS. Meta Immune Support was just what I needed to reduce bloating and discomfort.
