Seems to work well but like another person posted, the batch I just received in the mail has kind of a flowery orange smell to it that the last batch I bought didn't have. It's not unpleasant but was unexpected. Was wondering what the cause of that might be?
Been taking for about 2 years now. I know everyone's different but they work great for me. Female age 61.
Much less expensive than at store and always available unlike on store shelves. Don't have to drive around and pick up or try to remember before I run out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a probiotic regularly for the benefits. I love that this has multiple cultures and is a once a day probiotic. This can be taken with or without food which is nice. I tried it both ways to see if there were any different body reactions like upset stomach or nausea sometimes associated with taking pills, it was great both ways! I like that it has multiple cultures. The pills are small which was great. I did not like the fact that they recommend storing in the refrigerator, only because out of sight out of mind happens with me!
I have been using this Probiotic for about 3 months & have noticed a big difference in how I feel. My system has been changing over the years & this Probiotic is making me feel better.
