Let me start out by saying that I don't give a 5-star rating very often. However, it was a no-brainer that this product was definitely worthy of such a rating. The play kitchen set is sure to be a big hit with your mini Wolfgang Pucks and future food network stars. I'll begin by pointing out that the packaging is awesome - the box promises "everything but the kitchen sink," and the makers were not lying. The back of the box lets you know exactly what you're getting with this purchase. Over 70 pieces - everything from salt and pepper shakers to cookie cutters to a juicer to a colander. There's even a dish rack for the "clean-up" after your little tyke has finished a long day of food prep. They've thought of everything. The pieces themselves are also very appealing. The primary colors really pop. Puts me in mind of crayons. This play kitchen set would be a good companion to other products if your child has play food or an actual play kitchen. There's no food or furniture with this set, but there are plates, utensils, kitchen timers, etc. If your child wants to "cook" with you in the kitchen, this would be a good set to keep them busy for awhile.

I was looking for some play food and cooking utensils for the kitchen set that I have for my grandchildren. This set looked like it had a lot to offer. I was very pleased with the set. Fedex delivered the brown box with the play kitchen set inside. The box was medium sized so I was unsure how it would hold 73 pieces. Surprisingly, it did. Everything was pretty easy to extract from the box. All the pieces are in primary colors and made of durable plastic. There were silverware, plates, cups, saucers, utensils, pots, ice cream cups, a tea kettle and even a juicer, among other things. It also comes with a play strainer that allows you to stack all the dishes in. The plates and tea/coffee cups were on the small side but in line with the size of the other items. My granddaughter loved it and would have no problem drinking or eating something small (cookie, small sandwich) from the plate. She loved the ice cream cups and play ice cream scoop. She even put goldfish crackers in the cups and ate them with the little spoon. The set has a lot to offer and if you are trying to do as I, stock a play kitchen then this is a good set to purchase. I would recommend this set to a friend.

The Learning Resources Kitchen Set is full of accessories that you would find in your very own kitchen. There is a little bit of everything in this set. It includes plates, cups, silverware, utensils, and even a dish strainer. This is a wonderful addition to the toybox if you have a little one who loves to pretend to cook. I know it's a favorite in my household. My neice can sit and play pretend chef for hours. She loves all the little accessories and pretending to cook for me, and her Mamaw & Papaw. All the different parts allow her imagination to run wild. These are great accessories to add to her little kitchenette. She can use the pots and pans to cook on the stove while making a cup of tea in the microwave. These are the perfect size to fit on her little shelves too. The different color plates, cups, & silverware allow her to recognize colors. The kitchen timer is so cute and looks like a real one.i would definitely recommend this product as it encourages imaginative play. It also encourages color recognition and it helps promote sharing in our household.
