Philips - Hue Solo lightstrip 3m (10ft) - White and Color Ambiance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're absolutely loving our Philips hue lightstrip! The installation was beyond simple... just peel, stick and cut. I downloaded the app on my Android phone and within a few minutes had the lights up and running. The options are amazing with tons of settings and hues to set the mood and feel you're looking for. You can also easily adjust brightness and bookmark your favorites. We also like that it is compatible with our Alexa devices so we can control the lights through them as well. I completely recommend the hue lightstrip and look forward to trying their other lighting as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very thick heavy duty led lights. They have a variety of colors and you can use an app, or link them to your alexa. However they don't sick on any surface. They have fallen down multiple times, and I've tried to hang them from different areas. I'm going to have to get something else to hold them up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to add LED lights around our living room tv for some time now so I was super excited to have the opportunity to try out the Philips Hue light strip. Right off the bat, installation was not easy. My husband and I are decently handy and we quickly realized that using this the way that we had hoped would be a challenge. We had considered installing it along the bottom of our kitchen cabinets and a few other places but all of those locations required a conveniently placed outlet which we did not have. We eventually settled on our original idea of installing it behind our tv. The issue we ran into was a lack of accessories and extra connectors which made it difficult to manipulate the strip around the corners on our tv. We did the best we could and the final result is decent although you can see the strip from certain angles. Once installation is complete, this light strip does everything it needs to. The app is impressive and provides endless customization options which I love. If you're looking for a product like this, it's great but beware of the difficult installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install - the strip has adhesive backing and really stays in place once you attach to the wall. However, it is still possible to easily remove if you make a mistake when putting it up. I didn't try cutting it or adding multiple strips so I can't speak to the ease of doing that. The lights are very bright and the colour range is large. I couldn't work out how to turn them off and on without either unplugging or downloading the hue app - it does annoy me when a product requires an app to use.
