Once you're ready, there are 7 highly useful settings: Auto for Shiatsu with Air Pressure, Shiatsu Only, Air Pressure Only, High and Low Intensity Air Pressure, Heat, and Stop. Touch any massage setting button to turn it on. The default is Auto for both Shiatsu kneading and Air Pressure. Or, you can select these separately. With either choice, you have Low or High intensity options for just the right amount of air pressure. Prefer spa-like warmth to enhance the experience? Simply select Heat. For your safety, the Stop button turns it off immediately, and Auto is set to a 10-minute timer. And the washable outer soft cloth unzips and removes with ease.
