Almay Night Soothing Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, 25 Wipes

I use these wipes every night to take off my makeup. They work very well. The type of makeup that I wear is very hard to get off without a special wipe and these do very good. It comes off very well and it makes your skin feel soft also. I like the quality of the wipes also. They do not fall apart or seem cheap. Overall a very good product for the price!

Maybe it was just my pack, but I found these very dry. I had hoped that after I used a few, the ones toward the middle would be more moist, but unfortunately I have found myself needing to wet them with water before use. I did not let sit in my cupboard, but started using them immediately upon receiving so it's not that they were old. I also find the vanilla and camomile smells to be off-putting. It took me a few uses to realize it was even vanilla and not some stinky chemical. The towels are strong and will eventually remove your eye and face make-up. However, because of the other issues, I would not purchase again.

These makeup remover cleansing towelettes smell really great. Normally other brands I've tried kind of stink or smell too chemical like, but these don't at all. This one say vanilla and chamomile to help calm and soothe you for night. They work really easy and no scrubbing needed. The Cleansing Towelettes take off all the makeup dirt and oil and yes they removed even the waterproof mascara that I had on. I did have to swipe it a few extra times over the eyes for it to remove it all completely. I have sensitive skin and eyes I haven't had any problems as of yet. It doesn't feel like an oily surface on my face afterward like some other wipes I've tried before. Yet I didn't feel like I needed to moisturize around my eyes even. It is hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, ophthalmologist tested, oil free, non-irritating, safe for sensitive skin, so it's really good. The towels have just enough moisture in them and they feel soft and gentle. You don't need to rinse afterward, but I have before and then I did feel like I need a moisturizer afterward. If you don't rinse after wiping then you probably will not need a moisturizer. I like them and will be buying them again in the future.

I typically have a supply of store brand makeup remover wipes on hand for travel or just for those nights when I don't feel like going through my normal routine. I wanted to try these wipes because I typically wear at least mascara during the day, and it can be a pain to remove with certain face wipes. These wipes are scented with just a hint of vanilla, which is a nice light scent. They are soft but work really well to remove makeup, including mascara. I love the ease of using these wipes, and in a smaller package, they would be great for traveling!

I enjoyed using the towelettes because they smelled very nice, they kind of reminded me of cereal with vanilla and honey. The towelette is large, unlike some brands, and it didn't rip while I was using it. They have a soft feel to them. I like the kind of packaging they are in. Some towelettes have a hard flip top and if you aren't careful when opening, you can rip the lid right off and the product gets dry. With these wipes, you don't have to worry about that, just pull the flap back to use and then press it firmly to make sure it closes when you are done.
