Why would you discontinue the only hair color product I've used in years? The only beautifully consistent hair color on the market that I've used 12-15 times a year and you've discontinued it, really? So very sad! I have more compliments using Healthy Look non-permanent color than I ever did going to a salon. I will not buy a permanent color as is suggested, ever! More than likely you've lost more than just me as a customer but many others as well.

This is the first time I have ever colored my own hair. I noticed I have many more greys than I used to. I followed the directions and left it in for 25 minutes. I rinsed and left the conditioner in for 2 minutes. I think because I made sure the color was completely evenly distributed through my hair and I did not have a lot of grey to cover, this product worked very well and I am pleased with the result overall. My hair looks natural and shiny. It feels soft. I can see a grey hair here and there but not a big deal. Next time I want to go for a permanent color in a blonde color after this washes out.

I used to LOVE Healthy Look when I first found it!! 10 minutes and great color! Covered the gray! Now, with this new formula, it's awful. 20 minutes for a semi permanent haircolor is just crazy! And the color wasn't the same. And it didn't cover the gray. I'll be using it for now, until I find a different product. VERY disappointed in the change.

I have been using Loreal for years.....when Loreal came out with the Healthy Looks, I thought I would try this in the Cool Chestnut Brown....it covers the gray beautifully, and the color is rich. Everyone thinks a salon did it ! When i went for my haircut, my hairsylist complimented me on the color and thought it looked great! Please continue with this product and shade!

The dye didn't smell bad The dye took ages to wash out, I'm still have some left in my hair which is almost impossible to get out. My hair turned out purplish black.On the bright side I ended up with a lovely red tint to my hair. Left my hair looking shiny and healthy. My hair feels a bit more soft. The conditioner is splendid, plenty of it to last me a while. Since it left me with a red tint to my hair, it looks amazing when the light hits it. Real easy application; it didn't drip
