The ingredients made me wonder how something with those components could taste so great. But they really do taste amazing! These are gluten, peanut, dairy, egg, wheat, soy, sesame, and of course fish and shellfish free. At 110 calories you won't feel guilty for eating one. I eat these after working out for a quick energy boost. These have shiitake mushrooms and chia seeds in them, two ingredients you usually don't find in granola bars. I think it gives these bars a little something extra. These aren't something I would normally buy, I'm going to start buying them now.

The bar is on the small side but makes for a perfect ~100 calorie pick me up. It feels slightly healthier than a candy bar when you see that it comes with vegetables extracts including spinach, beets and shiitake mushrooms. It only provides 2 grams of protein, but a great simple snack for all.
