LUMIFY Eye Drops for Redness Relief and Whiter and Brighter Looking Eyes, .25 fl oz (7.5 ml)

My eyes are very sensitive to light. Lumify is one of the better products on the market. It's also a quick relief from redness .

I ordered 2 bottles, but one of the boxes had clear eyes. I made a claim, sent my package out with the provided return label, and still have no refund.

Lumify redness reliever eye drops!  I had a chance to try these new eye drops out and I was all in. Before using these, my eyes seemed to look blood-shot all the time. I saw the commercials for these drops and I was dying to try them. They are amazing! I would compare them to teeth whiting with NO BLEACH. The first time I used them I was amazed. One drop in each eye and they were white with in one minute. I will admit I was wondering how this drop could work so good so fast. So, I did a little research. The active ingredient was used in glaucoma patients to decrease eye pressure and one of the side effects was that it helped with red eye. So, even though it looks like it is bleaching your eye it's really just opening your blood vessels allow more oxygen to flow into the eye. I found after I put the drops in my eyes they would stay really white for about 7 hours just depending on if I was inside or outside. Cons: they did seem to have a little bit of a drying effect on my eyes. I did use a moisture drop a couple of times, but still worth it for me. They are a little pricey around $12 a bottle, but once again I think they are worth it and I have purchased more sense.

Lumify Redness Reliever Eye drops contain bromonidine tartrate as an active ingredient. To get rid of redness you supposed to use one drop per eye. I am used to instant redness relief eye drops so I was expecting the same quick effect from those. It took about a minute for the blood vessels to clear out in my eyes which is exactly what it says in the directions. Just one drop will work in about a minute and lasts all day for me. I do not wear contact lenses or eye glasses but have light blue eyes that are quite sensitive to light and dry air. Lumify drops did not cause any itching or feeling of graininess under my eyelids after application. Just one drop did the trick and the effect was long lasting. According to directions you should only use it in adults and children over 5 years old by applying one drop to each eye every 6-8 hours a day not to exceed 4 applications daily. I did not have to reapply and used it maybe 2 to 3 times a week as needed. The product met my expectations and did not cause any adverse reactions with normal use.

These redness reliever eye drops state that they work in 1 minute and lasts up to 8 hours, to reduce redness and help eyes appear whiter and brighter. First of all, one tiny squeeze of the bottle produces quite a large drop (at least the bottle I received did) which was almost too much. My eyes felt some relief after use, but eventually would become watery and slightly irritated. The eyes did appear whiter and brighter very quickly, but the effect does fade and you are directed not to use more than 4 times daily. Thankfully I do not have tired, red eyes very often, but I think I will stick to eye drops that are more soothing and just remove the redness.
