MadeTo Hydration Powder Packets with Electrolytes + Vitamin B + Zinc, Lemon, 20ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I have Dysautonomia and our doctors want us to drink extra fluids so it increases the blood volume and makes the heart not have to work as hard, but the only thing I can get him to drink is Gatorade, which unfortunately has a lot of sugar in it as well. With the MadeTo Hydration Powder Packets with Electrolytes + Vitamin B + Zinc he's getting the stuff he needs to stay active, and hydrated, without all the sugar. Even his friends are drinking it while they are at volleyball practice so for me it's a win as they can just add it to a bottle of water that are available at the gym.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited about these hydration electrolyte packets for after working out or in the summer when I can get really dehydrated after being outside. When I tasted them, however, the flavor was very disappointing. The lemon flavor is not tart or like lemonade at all, it actually tastes very sugary. While these may be great for hydration, the flavor is not my favorite.

The flavor is amazing it's not sugary which to me is the best feature. It will also help you from drinking unnecessary sugary drinks when you are feeling dehydrated.

So I like trying products that have the sugar and salt in them to get me to start feeling better faster. These did the trick.
