The problem with this, and something I didn't realize until after getting it- is that the charcoal can absorb other medications you take within an hour or so. I take daily medications, some a few times a day, so juggling that with this supplement was difficult. However- these are great in times when you really need it, or are someone where medications aren't an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pills are easy to swallow. These are good if you ate some bad processed food that upsets your stomach. It helps too if you have bad gas. It might not give you complete relief of the gas, but I noticed it really works on the smells. I keep these with me when I travel in case my stomach doesnt like something. One thing to research before use is the interaction with any supplements or medications as these can absorb those as well.
