Bose - SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Waterproof/Dustproof Design - Sandstone

Bought about a month ago and am enjoying using the speaker though it scares you a bit every time I switch it on with a loud bu-bum noise emtting from the speaker and no idea why as all one needs is for the led next to the start stop button illuminates when its on. Is is always good tho when it speaks to you to say the percentage battery charged eg battery 80% - In fact even better have software over the air update and delete this annoying noise on pressing tjhe start button as all you need which is good to let one know is the unit letting you know how much charge is in the battery. The other slightly negative thing if its not placed on a very level flat surface it can have a tendency to fall over onto its back or front but its not a problem really Really like the look of my mid blue version like gun metal blue with leather look finger tab.

Purchased the 2nd gen to pair up with my first gen mini sound link, and they aren't compatible. That said, the speaker itself is powerful enough to fill a room.

I bought the Bose flex speaker from Walmart and had it delivered. there's something wrong with the speaker it was not loud enough and it sounded like it was underwater I don't know if it was dropped or what. so I'm taking it back today. hopefully I'll have better luck with my exchange

I bought this product late 6 months ago. It's awesome but there's a thing bothering that it's not compatible with previous flex generation make sure to do the same and there's a silent white hizz noise from speaker when idle it's irritating, this should be fixed by any software update and slight distortion at high volumes. Battery life not up to the mark needs to be improved as in less price segment from this many companies are offering 24hr battery backup and even more pls consider it . Relsove white hizz noise from this speaker fixx it . Rest all good .

I have had this speaker a few months and it's fair to say that for the price and size, it's pretty good. It's very bassy if the EQ is turned on to extra bass. It gets up to about 75% volume without any distortion after that, it's too loud for a speaker that size. Battery life is pretty average, most speakers these days have 15 hours minimum, this is rated at 12. It does last 12 hours, instead of being a rough guide or completely inaccurate. Overall I'm really impressed. It was bought to replace an original Soundlink Revolve+
