Instachew Purechew Snack App Enabled Automatic Treat Dispenser for Cats and Dogs W/ HD Camera

This snack dispenser has a sturdy and well performing design. I love the piece of mind it brings me when I'm away from home so I can check in on my cats and give them treats. The design of the dispenser is also simple and compact so it fits easily in any room stylistically and size-wise. My two cats warmed up to after just one day--it does really shoot the food out suddenly, but like I said, the cats didn't take long to get used to it. Unfortunately, the app feels underdeveloped and I've experienced lots of glitches along with unintuitive layouts/menus/etc. Sometimes the camera takes a while to load as well. Knowing that, I don't rely on it for feeding my cats, but it's a nice extra to have around and I've gotten used to the quirks.

This is a game changer as a dog mom! Whenever I go out to class, I set up this camera for my sweet puppy and it allows me to check up on her throughout the day! My favorite part is the 2-way audio. I love being able to speak to her through the camera and seeing how excited she gets! I also love the treat dispenser option.

The app is horribly laid out... the way it's set up and how to access different features makes it seem like they don't have a single UX or UI designer on their entire team. In any case, once you get to the right place, the dispenser works exactly as advertised. I've been happy with it.

This camera put my PetCube camera to shame!! The quality of the camera and the app itself is so good!! I love that I can treat my dog while at work since he's home alone during the day. It encourages good behavior. I love how it came packaged to prevent any damage during transport and it was very easy to set up. I will definitely be looking into other InstaChew products that may fit our family's needs.

We really liked that we could watch our cat and give him treats anytime. This is a great buy.
