THINKWARE - Q1000 Front & Rear 2K Dash Cam - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q1000 Front + Rear Dash Cam Bundle is a great system if you are looking for safety, security, and peace of mind. A few of the reasons why it is so great: 1) Image clarity. Both daytime and nighttime clarity is really good. 2) Connectivity. As long as the device is connected to the internet (wifi network or vehcile hotspot etc) you can view the camera feed and GPS location from your app. You can even get warnings if the vehicle exits a certain geographic area! 3) Design. The Q1000 has a small form factor and just looks unobtrusive and well-made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, the camera came with everything I needed to install and get it running (plugs, wires, adhesive, memory, and both cameras). The only thing missing was the installation instructions. The QR Codes didn't lead me straight to any instructions so I had to look up the model. Without instructions, this would have been a lot more challenging. After installing the camera, next came downloading the mobile application to set the camera, which was extremely difficult. It took me three days and three different apps to finally get my phone connected to the camera. The QR code on a quick reference sheet, had me download the wrong app. I didn't realize it was the wrong app until it wouldn't let me scan my input the serial number without giving errors. I had to poke around the side and download anything that looked remotely important. I finally was able to download the DashCamLink app. Don't use THINKWARECONNECTED nor Transparency. Neither worked. Once the camera was installed and I was able to connect it to my phone, it has been awesome! It captures really good quality video and audio as well. The best features are GPS, Wifi, rear view camera and all the safety/collision awareness features. When you download the app to your computer, it shows you all the kinematics of your car and exact location. Its a slim bodied camera that doesn't get in my way when driving, fitting perfectly between my windshield and rear view mirror. I highly recommend this camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm highly impressed with quality of videos it captures.This Thinkware recordings are very clear day and night. I am planning to use it for driving Vlogs. It comes with all the required accessories that is needed to mount the camera. Easy to mount and can view live view from my smart phone while in action so if there is any adjustment needed I can make it. And of course there are so many other features that comes in this model, like motion detection, parking mode etc. I would certainly recommend worth having it your car.
