Instructions for Cooking Chick-Peas: 1 pound chick-peas; 4 quarts of water; 2 teaspoons of salt; 1/2 cup tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/4 pound of cabbage; 1/4 lb. squash; seasoning (1 small onion, 1 fresh green pepper, 1/2 tomato, 1 small sweet red pepper, 3 coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon oregano and 2 cloves pressed garlic).
