Do not buy if you have a large head. Bought for my wife, she could barely fit it on her head, it was even uncomfortably snug for my 8 year old daughter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headband works great. The rubber on the inside definitely works to keep it in place. What I personally found to be a downside was that unless it is positioned just right, it slowly starts to creep toward the back, but I wouldn't necessarily say anything bad about it for that reason--I think that's more of a 'shape and size of a person's head' thing.
