The crotch area is not breathable, so I can not wear these. They are made with 92% Nylon and 8% Spandex. This info was not in the online description, but I was hoping at least the most important area was made of cotton. They are stretchy and cover the belly nicely but the material is so itchy. Also, I bought 2 sizes up and the top rolls down my belly now I'm in 3rd trimester. I am not a big person ... only 5 ft tall so, maybe I received a defective pair? Anyway, I returned the 2 unopened pairs I purchased and I guess will use the one I already opened during postpartum recovery.
