They are pretty good sounding speakers. I Agree with others that pairing is difficult. You can't just turn them on and pair like you would think. Nothing you do for pairing makes common sense. You can get one speaker or the other to play, but not both at the same time. The instructions do not tell you how to pair so that both speakers play in stereo synchronized. I still haven't figured it out.

Hollow Sound but USB C and stereo pairing define these speakers. Paired speakers that play in stereo sound much better than any similar single speaker and these speakers do pair in stereo. They also charge with USB C which is faster than other methods and just plain better than other connection types. Unfortunately, these Altech Lansing speakers are very hollow in sound. It seems they tried to hard to create some base from a speaker that is just to small to produce base and completely forgot about the midrange. I do not recommend these speakers at all. I am returning mine.

Bought this pair of speakers to have one at home and one to keep at work. The speaker at home is working great. The one for work turns itself off after just a couple minutes. Both speakers were charged overnight. I've tried looking up troubleshooting tips and resetting the speaker still turns itself off.

Found these great gems a Sams. I had a hard time connecting the second speaker. My tech's daughter was able to figure them out. Turn on. Pair the first .. turn on second .. hit the pair button once on the second .. then hold the pair button on the first until they pair. We had the projector going with these speakers and sounded like a movie theater.

I mean, they worked. The bass is strong, I could feel it throughout the chair….but the volume itself? Not so much. If I was sitting in a single spot, maybe. But walking around a very small area I could barely hear it. And the two did not sync perfectly, one speaker had a 1-2 second lag which just made it intolerable to listen to.
