The display was flickering and i always have issues with the headphone connection. I called the customer service and was said it would take about 15 days to just check the problem!!!

I am writing this review for all of the people on here, that think this computer does not come with a Backlit Keyboard. This computer arrives with that feature disabled for some reason. To turn it on all you have to do is... hold down the FN key and then tap the space bar. That's it, worked for us like magic!! Great computer btw, it's quick, love the touch screen, nice quiet backlit keyboard, pretty quiet fan that doesn't go off too often, sound is decent but battery life could be better. Also the plug is giant, I can't plug it in behind my sofa, which is pushed up against my wall, however it charges the laptop very fast!!

I love the solid state drive. It responds so quickly. But little things like the home and end button have to be pressed with the function button. My mistake, but I thought it had a 10 key number set. And there is no backlight on the keys. That is very disappointing. It is lightweight and holds a charge well.

Absolutely love this laptop! This is actually the third one I've bought in the last few months - the first was a Dell Inspiron which was slow and had literally no memory - I couldn't even download Zoom! Next, I bought an HP Chromebook which was terribly slow to the point of being unusable. This was my third and it's perfect - it's incredibly fast, turns on within 10 seconds (just like a Chromebook) and has plenty of space for what I need. Highly recommend!

Compared to all other pc devices in my past, this baby is by far the easiest set up ever! I am so pleased to be able to work on a Win 10 Chrome browser again!!! It has good speed connected to a 5hz wifi. I could not be happier.
