There is simply not enough RAM to do any serious work and it cannot be upgraded. The processor is a good one but adequate RAM hamstrings the machine . This machine was actually a refurbish and I can see why it was returned. My use will be internet browsing in my recliner so not entirely useless. It's disappointing that Lenovo would produce a computer that is nothing more than a toy.

this computer is the best I've owned so far. all of the issues other people where having got fixed with either a windows update or a bios update. a bios update requires windows 10s to be turned off. this laptop is more than powerful enough to run most games. I use it as my primary gaming device now.

Less than three months and the computer stop working. Sent out for repair directly to lennovo; it seems this specific model have several issues (Keyboard and Screen) that need to be replaced. High rate of recalls for this Laptop, I wish I had this kind of details at the time I bought it.

I bought two of these for my kids to do their online school. Great laptop for the price. I like the touch screen, makes it easy for my 1st grader to use. The flip function is great for the kids to use as a tablet if they prefer. The speakers have great sound.

The laptop and everything seemed great, with the exception of two small cracks. The reason for such a low review is that I returned the item through fedex and fedex charged me $4.32 for "filler" material..I literally returned the item with the same amount of filler that the item was delivered to me with.. So either walmart isn't properly filling their packages (which would explain why the item was damaged upon arrival).. Or they just charged me for no reason.
