Sony - 65" Class BRAVIA 3 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024)

Excellent picture quality, but the screen is too reflective. Sony beats Samsung any day.

I just bought it and had trouble setting it up but I love the picture.

I purchased this TV from BestBuy about 2 months ago. This TV turns itself on all by itself, even with all the settings that allows it to turn itself on are disabled. I have exhausted all resources from Sony trouble shooting, and all videos and forums I can find on the internet. Apparently, Sony doesn't even know what causes the problem. Turns itself on randomly at 3 AM and at least once at around 1AM. Kind of odd that it turns itself on at #am every night. I have resorted to turning the volume off at night so at least it makes no noise when it does this.I will never buy another Sony product.

I purchased this TV because I like Sony Bravias. However, within a week of purchase, the screen froze and the remote stopped working. I had to disconnect the TV from the power and restart for anything to work. I've had to do this almost every week since purchase. The reseller tried troubleshooting with the help of the SONY support team and I think they said something about the updates?? Such a shame because I really like it, but, may have to swap it out real soon.

Have been purchasing Sony TV's for 25-30 years. Have 2 homes, purchased a Sony Smart TV for one home and loved it. Seven months later purchased on for our second home and have nothing but issues. I randomly just won't turn on. While I have Google home, the new TV does not recognize it. This is actually the worst TV we have purchased. Level of frustration as can't find manual online or any google search to easily answer basic questions. It randomly will not turn on! Also have no idea why but when you go to turn off you get prompt to "restart" or "cancel" with the default being "restart". Shouldn't it be off or off and restart? Not sure if this is a quality problem or we have just gotten our first Sony Lemmon but really hate this product.
