Xbox $100 Gift Card [Physical]

The Xbox gift card was supposed to be in a pickup order, however it was shipped. The $50 gift card was not activated before it was shipped. Walmart customer service told me to contact Xbox. Xbox told me that Walmart has to resolve the issue since they are the one that sold the gift card. Once again, I contacted Walmart. The issue has still not been resolved, so I still have a $50 Xbox gift card that is unusable.

The card arrived as s Christmas present and when my grandson tried to use it this is what he is told; "This code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code". Even though it was purchased on Walmart website, they won't do anything about it. So I spent $50 on this card that was never activated and no one will fix the problem.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I am so upset. Received the gift card in mail per Wal-mart order online and it had not been activated. I called Walmart and they said call Microsoft. Can't speak to human at Microsoft or get call back. Then told to contact Microsoft online. Did that. No response. Out $50 do not get gift cards from Walmart or online they are non refundable.

I received this on December 5th as as Christmas gift for my grandson. The card had not been activated and there was no activation code or pin number in the package. I have reached out to get one sent and have had no luck.I was tild a code would be sent but nothing received. So I am out 50.00!! I can't return it or get a refund I was told. So I had 50.00 literally stolen from me!! I ordered it as I thought that was more secure than in store, not the case!!!

Received the Xbox gift card in the mail the physical card, when going to use it on Xbox, it comes up contact merchant. So the card was not even activated. Microsoft for Xbox blames it on Walmart, Walmart refuses to do anything or reimburse you. So I have a dead card that my son is unable to use that was a Christmas present . Walmart has the worst customer service and store policy's on gift cards and won't help you fix issues just try and take your money!
