Evenflo Symphony LX All-in-One Car Seat, Jordan

I bought this 2 months ago and I so far loved it. My son is comfortable and it is well supported. .. no complaints.

We bought it for our daughter who due to have her baby in April. An all-in-one seat saves space and time, not sure about money, though.

I bought this a few weeks ago and my child loves it. Easy installation and features are great. Love that he can grow with it

Seems ok so far. Pros: My daughter is comfortable in it and it seems safe. It's easy to install and remove. It's also easy to remove the cover for cleaning. The buckles are smooth functioning. I like that you can recline while it's still tightly latched (in forward position). It doesn't take up anymore room behind the front seat than my infant seat when in the rear facing position. Cons: It's a very wide seat. So it doesn't really allow 2 extra people to sit comfortably in the back seat (in a Mazda 3). The sides are high but not too bad I guess. The headrest seems flimsy when in the highest position. I don't know if that affects the safety of it? I'm sure they would have tested that part. The crotch buckle doesn't adjust in length or location so I had to do some modifications to get a better fit (she's very skinny). It'll fit fine once she grows into it more, but I can't see how it would fit a newborn very well.

I purchased this car seat for my daughter who just outgrew her infant car seat. As she is still an infant, I want her to be rear facing. I was excited to purchase this car seat because of all of the great reviews. Unfortunately, this car seat is NOT easy to install if you do it the correct way. In order to put the seat belt in place you must remove the lining...I do not consider that an easy installation. My husband and I decided to keep the seat because it is very safe, but we are going to purchase another car seat to keep in the garage for grandparents, sitters, etc. This is simply to challenging to change from car to car. It is unfortunate that all of the people who wrote the review most likely did not properly install the seat. The instructions clearly state not to use the latches and the seat belt, not just the latches. I was very impressed with the style/design of the seat. It looks like it will really hold up well with wear and tear.
