Bob'S Red Mill Organic Flaxseed Meal, 16 Oz

I ordered this because wheat germ was sold out due to COVID-19 demand. I like it even more than wheat germ! The flavor description of mild and nutty is spot on. I've added it to homemade bread and bread pudding with delicious results. For the bread pudding, some of the flaxseed meal rose to the top of the custard during baking and formed a scrumptious thin "crust." I'm excited about trying more uses.

I add Bob's organic flaxseed meal to my hot oatmeal breakfast along with hemp and chia seeds. My wife adds it to her Weetabix, along with chia seeds. We are thankful that Red Mill products are available by mail during isolation to avoid COVID-19. Postage to Canada is substantial, but worth it.

I like the organic flaxseed meal use for egg replacer in recipes and has good taste. I recommend it over the egg replacer fit has too much salt for replace eggs. It a good buy too for using lots of things. Made pancakes and added it to things use eggs. been using Bobs Mill products for few years.

I love flaxseed meal and been using it for a while now. I add it to almost anything. I add lots of vegetables to my meatloaf and the flax seed meal helps firm it all together. I add it to smoothies and in breads and rolls. It tastes great and my hubby doesn't even notice its in there.

I have been adding Bob's Red Mill Organic Flaxseed Meal to my oatmeal and veggie drinks for years. It has a delicious flavor and I have never felt better since using this product. I have tried similar products in other brands. Bob's Red Mill brand is far superior to all other brands.
