Wow this seemed to help clean out my gut and get me where I wanted to be to restart my workout program. Sometimes a simple reset is all that's needed to motivate and make you feel better.

Each capsule contains a cleansing blend-including Senna extract, superfruit blend and digestive enzyme blend. The ingredient senna leaf extract, has been scientifically researched to turbo charge your body's elimination process and decrease the transit time of digestive waste. To determine your individual tolerance, on day 1 and 2 take 1 capsule with food and at least 8 ounces of water before bed. On day 3 and 4, take 2 capsules before bed with food and water. On day 5 to day 7 take 3 capsules before bed with food and water. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Always maintain adequate hydration while using this product. This product has lived up to its promise to help me cleanse and do it comfortably. I have been consistently taking the recommended amount of product each day, and it has allowed me to cleanse on a regular basis, each and every morning shortly after getting up. I have never felt uncomfortable and I've noticed a difference in my body responded, even after one day. There isn't a taste to the capsules and they have been very easy to swallow daily. I'm excited to now step into the next level of my supplementation!

The pills were ok in size and had no issues swallowing them and they did not have a taste to them. As I followed the directions exactly on the box for each day. Unfortunately, nothing happen at all on any of the days. This product did not do anything for me except gave me heart burn.
