Love this phone, bought it over the s6 and note 5 for a few key reasons: removable battery, removable storage, due to its age the price vs value ratio is much higher than the s6 and note 5. The reason why I think those features stand out to be the most important is because of the fact that you pay more to get more, where with the s6 and note 5 you lose removable storage and battery options. Forcing you to pay out the nose for data storage via buying the larger capacity internal memory storage phone or buying a wifi based hard drive. Having a removable battery is nice if you want to buy another battery and charging base you will never be tethered to the wall or buy a special case that expands your battery life making the phone more bulky or tethering to a portable battery. Also if you're phone locks up in some cases you would have to wait for the phone to go completely dead vs just removing the battery and force a cold boot. Or if your phone gets wet you csnt quickly disconnect power from the phone via battery removal to attempt to save your phone from frying. The downside to the phone is the lack of vr availability and some slight improvements in cpu performance, which I think is too negligible of a difference to even care about to pay 7-900 bucks for "the latest phone tech) This phone is great being a mechanic. It's camera is great, the stylus and photi editing comes in handy if you are pointing out a problem on a vehicle with the stylus marking the location of interest labeling, cropping etc. The screen size is excellent for visability, detail and usability. Wifi direct works good for streaming video, the ir remote works fantastic when you don't wanna use the 5 remotes you have piled up on the table to watch tv or worse lost in the couch! With apps being made and updated regularly the ir function is more viable to use than ever. You can literally control every smart device out there with the proper app and hardware on this thing!

This phone is the best. Get it in the white version if you can, it's beautiful. Asides from looks this phone has EVERYTHING and some. I used it for everything. The camera feature are amazing especially with the beauty feature that makes your face in your selfies look flawless with foundation and concealer. It has more than enough space for apps, movies, and music. It's a definite must have.

I have owned the Samsung SCH, Samsung A series, Samsung Flip phone and I still have in my possession the red Samsung SGH w/charger. I completely satisfied with the features of my Galaxy Note 4. Everything that I need for my phone to do, it does and more. Over the past ten years I have owned more that 6 mobile phones and 3 tablets. I would and I do recommend Samsung technology to anyone who will ask and even those that don't. Sound quality, HD pictures, screen size and clarity, apps, functionality, storage, security, interaction, stylus pen and note taking, I could go on and on and on. Honestly, I don't have any complaints. Where it has malfunctioned at any point was human error on my part. Not, the manufacturers. So as long as Samsung makes devices, I will continue to add to my Samsung collection. I just purchased my Note 4 a few months back, yet I am trying to figure out a way to add S6, Edge and Note 5 to my personal collection. I'm taking up donations of funds for my collection. :-)

My a woman with small hands and I feel this phone is a good fit. I bought it used so so the battery is not the best. I ordered a new one, we will see if that fixes it. Also, some apps will freeze up which is really annoying. I really like this phone.

this products note taking capability is so spot-on and having the handy built in pen/stylus is so tech savvy. I no longer have to carry a note pad and pen when I go grocery shopping. I consider this phone an Eco-friendly device. After all, I'm saving trees!
