SAMSUNG Unlocked Galaxy Note 10, 256GB Black - Smartphone

I bought this phone thinking I was upgrading. I was not. The fingerprint scanner simply does not work. I used my insurance to get my original note 10 replaced. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work on this one either. Sometimes it won't make calls or texts. It takes forever for anyone to receive pictures over texts from me. I am now stuck with this phone for at least a year and am extremely angry about it. Definitely thinking about going back to iPhone next.

I have had nothing but problems with the note 10 its awful it function on its own clears my apps from my screen so I can't access anything its awful it freezes up and won't turn on or off it seems like there is a new problem every time I try to use my phone

I bought this a couple weeks ago and so far I'm very disappointed. I've always loved Samsung but the note 10 let me down. Battery life sucks, I hardly get any service unless I'm on wifi and then thats iffy. Very slow, I wish now I would've just went ahead and got the Google pixle 4

I bought the Note 10 about a month ago and have been very pleased with it. this is my 5th Note through the years. Feels and looks like quality. Screen is excellent and bright. Has really good sound and includes Dolby Atmos. No phone jack which was not a surprise when you have a world with bluetooth. Only complaint is the phone feels slippery in your hands so be careful. Other than that great phone and I highly recommend it.

I bought this phone because I wanted to switch from iphone to android and try it lut...BIG MISTAKE! This phone has a lot of features and power, but one very basic feature it lacks is the ability to play music via usb in a car, a newer car to be exact. The bluetooth is unstable as well, I never had these problems with my old iphone 7. It is a deal breaker for me and I regret leaving Apple because at least their products work, samsung is just all flash.
