SINGER® Quantum Stylist™ 9985 Touch Electronic Sewing Machine

Love this machine!! Now my favorite. Thread cutter is extra quite. Love the design of bobbin casing. So nice not to have to pull thread up. I am very partial to Singers for their easy of use and durability.

This machine is a nightmare. The fabric gets stuck under the needle if you begin at the end of the fabric. It has to be cut out! The automatic button hole maker is a disaster. I will have to make the button holes by hand. As soon as the quarantine is over I will drive the 1 hour with my 35 year old workhorse touch-tronic 2001 to hopefully have the bobbin case replaced or repaired. this machine has made me cry!!! One day I actually punched it.

Plugged the machine in and the screen will not move forward, will not let me sew or anything else Nothing is worse than a machine that is broken before you get to use it once. I have contacted the customer service by email and I am calling tomorrow. Right now with stay at home can't even get it service Real nice! Would not recommend anyone purchasing a Singer. I would give it less than one star if that were possible. Every company should make sure their product works when you open the box.

I have sewn many projects on my machine. I love this sewing machine. I did add a titanium needle to machine. Very easy to thread. I have also practiced free motion quilting on this machine. I have had the machine over a year. I bought this machine because I wanted the features on the $1,000 or more machines but not the price tag. My sister tried out my sewing machine and bought one also.

Sew many beautiful stitches,very easy to work machine.Gorgeous forming decorative built in designs.Loved it but returned two due to automatic thread cutter malfunction,and wasn't going for three strikes...Went over to Brother runway,I like it sew far,not as many stitches but smooth automatic thread cutter is awesome.
