Singer EM200 Superb Embroidery Sewing Machine

Stitched my dst file nicely using the 4x4 hoop. It allowed me to decrease size to fit my mask, which I adjusted on the screen. My thread broke several times but I just adjusted stitches back about 7 stitches to keep it solid. This was my first project, try larger hoop next. I am happy with performance

I bought this machine because of the price but I have not problems with it. It works very well but you have to read manual several times to get things down pat also I had to go to Utube to get more information I was new to all of this embroidery. But after re reading and looking at videos I got the hang of it but I also did not realize there was a videos threw Singer but I did not really research about embroidery machines I liked the price that I paid for it. Then I hear that Singer discontinued this machine but I still see everything for it still the videos parts etc. So I don't know but for myself it does what I want and have no problems with mine I love it. But I wish it had more different hoops for the machine it comes with two and I found 1 more threw Singer website put I wish there was one that did baseball caps or smaller than 4x4.

I have had this machine a little less then a year and its been in and out of the shop since I bought it. Same error jam thread. So now I have a VERY expensive paperweight. Money down the drain.

This is my first Embroidery only machine. I have done monograms on items like Bath Robes, Towels, Full names on Work Jackets. Embroidered designs on Bath and Kitchen Towels, T-Shirts, Baby Quilt, Quilt Tops and back packs for children. What I enjoy the most is not have to do multi hooping. If your design is designated for a 4" hoop just tap on the hoop at the top of the screen will put you into another screen. Just tap on the hoop that you need and then you are back to your main screen. Once your design is stitched out then you can go to the Alphabet screen type in the lettering then you are ready to stitch out the letters with out having to multi hoop. I also enjoy the fact that we can download any designs from other companies to our PSW Software and save the designs on a USB Stick to use on any projects. The Stitches come out beautifully. This machine is easy to work with once you figure out the manual. I was wondering if there was a way to download a multiple fonts program into the PSW Software?

This is my first embroidery machine, but have been sewing for over 35 years. I liked that it was simple to put together and easy to find how to videos from Singer's website. Once I got the hang of this, it was easy to use. Even my grandchildren 6 and 9 found they could thread and sew with supervision.
