Trash. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Battery life is literally only good for 8 hours. Good luck figuring out how to change and save the 15 different notification tones on this brick. The camera is good, but other than that, it is trash. Wont stay connected to my brand new vehicle. When in Android connect mode on the vehicle, multiple apps are blocked from being used. Support is laughable at best.
After 5 days of buying this phone I did the software update and it suddenly turned off and I tried multiple times to turn on but doesn't work, returning this product. Glad i did not formated my old phone s20 and not sended for tradeIn. It also have issues with other apps did not able to install. It just camera is very good. Very disappointed that Samsung have that glictchy phone and paying for a grand.
I just got my s22 ultra last week and liked it at first. But, when I got it home I saw that my calendar had not transferred from my old s9+. Then I could not figure out the message app or the Samsung list app. Over the weekend I lost color and now the phone is black and white. I think it is a problem with the phone.but also with the transfer at the carrier store. I think my phone is overheating because I plug it in more than my s9+. I traded in my s9+ and want it back..... I tried to fix the color problem but the instructions were bad. I went thru the list of steps but at or near the end I could not find the required "button".
I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra the day it launched. I've had Samsung phones since I was a kid (my first Samsung was the N-spire) I had a Note10+ that I loved and was so excited to get my hands on the S22 Ultra. I LOVED it. It was such an upgrade from the Note10+. Until the last week of July. I was asleep at 6:30am and my phone started making a noise I had NEVER heard on any Samsung device EVER. I picked it up, and it was alarming that there was moisture/foreign debris in the charging port. I found that extremely weird because I plugged it in to charge at 10pm the night before and it was fine until 6:30am. I followed the recommended tips to fix it and plugged it back in and it was fine. It happened again later that day. I again followed the tips and it worked for a week with no issues. That problem is still ongoing. I have tried EVERYTHING, industrial air dusters, small little cleaner brushes, a hair dryer on low for 15 minutes and nothing has worked. I cannot cable charge my phone. Thankfully I had a wireless charger from years ago that works with the phone, only, I have to take my Samsung case off EVERY time I want to charge my phone. The positioning on the wireless charger is SUPER picky. If it moves even a hair it will stop charging. This has been the most frustrating experience.
I had a note 9 for years never had any problems with it I dropped it and broke the screen I thought it was about time for a new phone so I splurged and got the S22 ultra this phone is garbage have had nothing but problems with it it drops calls calls cut out on me I'll talk to text this garbage you would think they would have fixed it by now. Half of the apps don't work correctly everything is micromanaged you have to go through several more steps to do anything, I hate this phone.
