Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer (Vinca Blue/Topaz)

I do like the power of this hairdryer and the magnetic attachments. However I don't like the buttons on the controls for temp and power. They don't feel like buttons and not responsive at all I have to push it in really hard at least 3 times before it changes anything. Not sure if this is a fault or normally how the product is

I bought this prior to Christmas I already have a Dyson hairdryer but thought I would upgrade. I have found this hairdryer is much heavier and incredibly noisy the nozzle that is used to blow dry and large bulky and is not as good as my other. I will give it some more time but possibly will return it

I have curly hair, which makes them very demanding. I was looking for new hair dryer which could help me to make my curls look even better. And that's where the huge disappointment starts. The hairdryer is blowing with extreme hot air, even on the low settings. The hair are dry quick but the curls looks much worst, hair seems to be more dry and dull to feel, and curls doesn't last for next day. With my old dryer I had good curls at least 3 days. The dryer itself looks stylish, although the diffuser which was my priority is not very good designed for curls like mine. The hair also lost their volume and but freezing is the same, so I get back to my 10 years old hairdryer and I am going to send Dyson home, unfortunately. For this money I was expecting magic and it didn't happen.

I bought this to replace my original Dyson hairdryer , bit disappointed so far as I bought the original as it was quick and didn't damage my hair . This is like trying to dry your hair outside in the breeze if you get too close it's practically cold air so takes ages . Maybe I haven't got the hang of it .i do like the smoother but I had that attachment on my old one .think i got seduced by the colour

I purchased this dryer to help protect my scalp and hair from heat damage, I have been thoroughly impressed by all its features and I'm very happy with my purchase.
