It works great for pain , arthritis, back pain neuropathy, leg feet neuropathy no smell works up 2/3 hours or longer I'm had several people get this for them .

I like the smell much better than the voltaren! but it is really the massage that has the best affect on pain!I don't feel like i have to wash it off my hands right away like i do with the other! it's good for pain in hands as well!
