3 Pack ThermaCare Heatwraps - Neck Wrist Shoulder 16 Hours - 3 Wraps each

I used it for the stiff muscles between my neck and shoulder, I was in great pain. After applying the heatwrap for few minutes I started feeling the warmth seeping through my stiff and rather frozen muscles and the pain slowly elevating. I was able to get a good night sleep after a couple of difficult nights.

Before these actually had a Velcro attachment much like the back ones, but ever since they added the adhesive, I believe it has taken away the warming power in the heat pad. I tried multiple heatwraps thinking maybe I had one that was defective but I'm sad to say I do not recommend these. If you need one that warm up and stay warm, I would suggest using the lower back headwrap. That one never fails me.

Do yourself a favor and buy a bed buddy. Or even some rice in a sock would be better than this product. First of all, it doesn't get nearly hot enough to penetrate sore muscles. Also, if you want this to stick to your neck, you better get it perfect the first time because once you peel it off it loses it's sticking ability. That's not to say that it won't still stick to your hair, because it definately will.

Typically my period pain is so intense that I am unable to do basic life activities. My productivity at work and life suffers once a month due to my period. NSAIDs do not provide enough relief and the typical heating pad is not portable or discrete. I have been using these heating pads for a few years now and love them. They are warm enough to provide relief. They do not show through my clothes. I am able to be productive during my period including going to work, playing sports, camping or travelling. I recommend this product to anyone that has a period cramps. I wish this product was more widely available. They are hard to find and when I do find them I always buy in bulk. Other Thermacare products are not as warm or discrete for menstrual cramp applications.

I'm 2 hrs. into my 1st ever Therma Care heat wrap. Warmed up in 20 minutes. I have arthritis in my neck. It's helping a lot. The only error I made is I should have placed it a little bit higher, and I don't know if you're allowed to pull it off and realign it. But when I do the next one I know to put it a little higher because there's a part that still hurting. But what a part it's on it has taken a pain away at ease. Slowly in the beginning and within two hours I'm not feeling it however it will wear it that entire 8 hours like the box says. I would highly recommend this as a treatment for pain.
