The Walmart experience was great. I had an issue with Canadian CC online store so had to go to physical store to buy gift cards to use at online store. Also couldn't ship to pickup at store so needed a temp address. Except for these minor things, purchase was great. Delivery was quick and free. As far as the product, it's great. My only complaint is Renogy sells multiple kits with similar specs, but it's hard to tell them apart from the website. Read carefully.
Very well built and perfect for sustaining power to our lithium battery on our travel trailer. Although, even in direct sunlight we could not produce even close to 200watts it was still plenty to keep our battery fully charged over 2+ weeks of camping.
Great quality and easy to use. Only tiny issue I would have is that the cables were connected between the panels and controller, when the instructions state not to have the controller connected to the panels without the battery connected. Though it did not seem to harm the device, so a non-issue I would say.
I purchased four of these to charge our awesome Ecoflow Delta Pro solar generator and the 300Ahr LiFePo4 battery for our pop-up camper. I have not had the opportunity to use them yet, as the weather has not cooperated enough to open up the camper and get everything installed. They seem well built and the case is pretty nice. I probably will not use the charge controllers that came wit the panels, as i have a separate MPPT controller to run all four. I've read good things about them and seen many good reviews, so im certain they will perform as expected. I cannot give 5 stars as, i mentioned before, i have not used them thus far. I will give an update when ive tested them properly. And add photos then as well.
Just one outing so far, but the performance (used to keep LiFePO4 batteries charged while primitive camping) was outstanding. Battery loads included heater fan, Dometic 12V refrigerator, water pump, and LED lighting. Temperatures dipped into the 20s with daytime highs mid-50s. Renogy kept the batteries at or above 13.3V (90%) for three days.
