They may be heated and used as cuddle buddies or hand warmers, or frozen to be used to soothe bumps and bruises.Heat therapy: Place Pocket Critter on a clean plate inside microwave. Microwave in 5 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved. Maximum heating time not to exceed 10 seconds.Cool therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least four hours. Critters may be stored in freezer indefinitely until needed.
