Nature'S Way Melatonin, Gummy - 120 ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I occasionally have nights when it is difficult to fall asleep. Some vitamins make me have an upset stomach, but not with these gummies. The flavor is manageable and not overwhelming. Within 30 minutes I was feeling tired and able to fall asleep. Definitely recommend as an all natural method.

I often have issues falling asleep where sometimes it can take more than an hour where I'm tossing and turning and just unable to turn my thoughts off. I've tried other normal strength melatonin gummies before and wasn't thrilled with them but when I have taken these I've fallen asleep quickly (maybe about 30 minutes or less). The consistency of the gummy is good, the flavor is okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used any type of melatonin supplement before so I don't have anything to compare this to. However I think the gummies taste very good. When I took them I was able to fall asleep pretty quickly. So overall I am pleased so far.
