As is the case with other supplements, you don't notice any major changes if they're working right, just that you feel good and he certainly did feel good. What I can say though is that for someone with a sensitive stomach, he felt no trouble digesting or nausea, even after continued and consistent use. So, he'll definitely continue using these in the future.
