Cleared my sinuses when need be - which also helps with sinus headaches. There is a slight level of sensitivity - it can give you a burst of “woah” depending on how sensitive you are to nasal sprays (I am) but it is short lived and clear passages are worth it.

I personally am not a big fan of nasal spray but fortunately (unfortunately) my husband went to a football game and came home congested. I had him try it for me and it worked pretty quickly.

I was so congested a few days ago and was having trouble getting to sleep. After about 15mins of using this product I was fast asleep!
