There is a cotton insert but it is covered by non-breathable fabric. Insufficient ventilation to avoid an infection. Glad I only bought one pair and not any more.

I have used skimp skamps for years. Unfortunately the quality has really declined. The fabric is flimsier, they are less comfortable, and less well-made.

These briefs are incredibly uncomfortable. The leg openings are very small, pinching the legs. I have worn the high cut skimp scamp which are no longer available and loved them. What a disappointment these were. Bali is now definitely off my list for purchases.

these are not the same quality as original Skimp Skamp. The originals were cotton/spandex. These are thin nylon with a cotton crotch. I will not be ordering this version again.

I've worn Skimp Skamp briefs for years, since they were Henson brand. They last a long time, and I buy in batches, so I hadn't bought any in several years. What a disappointment. These aren't the same. The fabric isn't as soft and stretchy, and the elastic is scratchy and tight.
