Red Heart® Super Saver™ #4 Worsted Acrylic Yarn, Hotred 7oz/198g 364yd

Red Heart Super Saver yarn is my go to for most things. It is a bit rough when working with it, but once washed with softener and dried on low heat it becomes much softer. I use it for amigurumi, scarves, hats, sweaters, blankets, just about everything. My only issue is that if left in the sun it discolors fairly quickly. I made amigurumi cardinals, our school mascot, for my car and it faded from red to orange in a little under a year.

The Walmart store in Omak never seems to have the spring green, which is why I ordered it had it delivered. I use it to make Seahawks hats and blankets. I have no trouble finding the other colors I need for that at the Omak Walmart so I ordered I think four or five of the spring green and it absolutely blends well with with the soft navy and charcoal gray that I use the hat in the blankets turn out absolutely fabulous everybody I make them for loves the color combinations. I knitted the hat and I crochet the blankets. I use a use several patterns for the hats. I use a one by one rib for the men's hats and on the ladies hats I use a but they call a shadow knit and it has ribs of the colors and I use a white glittery yarn for the main part of the hat and then the Seahawks colors are the ribbon part. You'd have to see it too to understand it, but everyone loves their hats and then I use a rectangle granny for the blankets again everyone loves them, so yes, I Crochet and I knit so everyone loves it.

I had an order for a Christmas Stocking, and withing in the first 15 minutes, i had TWO knots, tying two ends of yarn together. (I wonder how many more knots i will find while crocheting?) I shouldnt have to stop my crocheting and take time to cut off the yarn knot and start with a new strand of yarn.

i was disappointed in this yarn as it had several knots, (tying two ends together). i shouldnt have to cut the knots and start with a new piece of yarn each time. Also, this blue yarn was "scraggly"... unlike other Red Heart yarn I've used. I had a crochet project order that I was under a deadline to use this yarn, so I used it, but I wasn't happy with it.

I ordered 2 skeins at the same time and they aren't close to the same color. I'll not order a few things from Walmart again, yarn being one more now . The person picking the order had to have noticed the difference in colors yet sent two different colors anyway. very disappointing .
