Capezio E-Series Jazz Slip On | Skintone 60

I had to return twice because I got the wrong sizes. The second time I had to call customer service because it wasn't allowing me to do it online. She was very helpful and the shoes fit much better now. However, upon first use they got marked up. This isn't the first time this has happened with shoes from here. I had to have character shoes replaced because the black was peeling off and then the strap broke off. It seems like their products aren't as good quality as they used to be back in the day. I had people tell me that they've had their shoes for years and never had to replace them, and here I am having to do that within a couple months.

The heel on the E-Series Jazz shoe is so wide for most feet that it truly lacks in a secure fit. The look is nice and the material is great. I truly hope that the Capezio industry can provide a good fitting jazz shoe....the Cpo5 are near impossible to get on.

Hello, Experience is fine, but I always end up ordering the wrong size. My daughter is 8 years old and is typically a size 3... I ordered a 6M and needed much larger so I ended up having to do a return again. Likely my fault, but I wonder if you could make this easier? Tell me what I ordered last time, create a size chart that shows the translation or just go with normal sizing. Otherwise, the shoes always hold up well and look nice. Thanks, Jenny

Have purchased these shoes various times in the past. However, this pair was extremely small. Even going up a size and a half from street shoe size, my daughter couldn't get her foot into them. This is the first time we have had this issue. The return was simple and stress free. I will continue to purchase Capezio products. I think they are the best available.

The shoes arrived as photographed and described. They are very comfortable on the feet. I am a street shoe size 6 AU and I originally ordered a size 7. It was too small for me. I emailed Capezio and they were helpful and sent me a size 7.5. The 7.5 fits much better. It would be a perfect fit if the back of the shoe was a bit higher but I think that has more to do with the shape of my foot rather than the shoe itself. Great and affordable jazz shoe option. 5/5 would be given if there was a better shoe size fitting guide.
