Received as a gift. We love this waffle iron, it is extremely easy to use, we had success on the first try and minimal cleanup. Looking forward to using this for years to come.

This makes great waffles and is a major upgrade from our last basic cuisinart Belgian waffle maker. The pockets are thick and the highest setting makes crispy waffles. I wish it were slightly leas tall because it's really hard to maneuver on our counter below the upper cabinets and it's such a bummer that the plates don't remove for cleaning.

Works well. Easy to maintain. Making two waffles at a time is a great boon to "breakfast on Time". I wish it came with a small spray bottle, because you need to coat the surfaces with oil, but the upper one is extremely difficult to do without a sprayer.
