1PC Suncast Smart Trak Hose Hideaway Hose Reel

I did not receive my order completely. The hose missing not included with the reel

I cannot do without my hose hideaways! I have them on every side of my home and at the barn! SB

The hose wheel operates seamlessly making it very easy to unwind and wind the hose. This is my second unit I purchased and the first one bought several years ago is still in use.

Had my garden hose reel [sun cast] for 4 years, Then the plactic broke around the handel so I was not able to wind up the hose anymore by the handel

We have had this product for a couple of years, the connector that holds the hose to the reel broke and allows water to squirt everywhere. Very cheaply made apparently. I thought it was just ours, but as I looked to replace it I have seen scores of other people complain of the very same problem. Some the part broke immediately, so I guess we were lucky. Cannot be fixed we tried. I am now suspect of buying any model of these from this mfg as I have seen this same problem on other models as well. BIG design problem.
