Microsoft Lumia 635 8 GB Smartphone, 4.5" LCD FWVGA 480 x 854, 1 GB RAM, Windows Phone 8, 3G, White

I got this phone for practically nothing as a back-up when my previous android failed, and I have been surprised by the overall quality and ease-of-sue of the devise. I thought I would keep it a few days; it's been ten months now. What do I like? The camera, the interface, and Cortana.

Beware when ordering this phone, the phone I recieved was NOT unlocked. Phone was locked to T-Mobile and no other SIM would work in the phone. Highly suggest when buying unlocked phones buy in person from store and have salesman show you its unlocked.

I'm amazed with this phone, why? Because I have been through four of them and they keep messing up (hence why I've been through four#. It's sad because I really like this phone. However, I've had so many problems with it. For instance, Cortana #which is a feature I love about this phone because she's so accurate and convenient when it comes to answering and reminding you of things. Also she searches fast.# no longer speaks on start up and my voice no longer starts her up anymore, my volume down button stopped working on all of the phones I had owned now and previously, my screen projection decided not to work anymore, my Bluetooth doesn't connect to hardly any devices, my phone doesn't give me any notifications either! Also, my last phone deleted things with no help from me, OneDrive on my last phone did not upload any photos but three, my phone randomly vibrates for about thirty to forty seconds for no reason #I literally can be on the web and poof it begins vibrating. I can be doing nothing and it does it!#, when I'm on the internet it'll kick me off #I know its not the wifi I use because I've used other peoples not just mine and it does it. Surely everyone's wifi isn't bad), its restarts, my last ones screen went blue and now it doesn't turn on period. I've had many problems with these phones, but I really do like them. Why you say after all my complaints? Only phone I find easy to use, it has office, it has sooo many apps, when it works right its so convenient, its small, the ear piece is clear, takes great pictures, and has good memory. I just wish I didn't have so many problems and didn't have to replace it every few months. I do love this phone I hope they fix all of its kinks because it is a good phone and very affordable.

At first i had trouble finding my phone number but if you just look at the QUICK START GUIDE and go to #4 and go into the phone, like making a call and do the Activation code *123*zipcode*05#.....then it send you your phone number and the rest is so simple..i hope this helps everyone having trouble cuz i am definitely not the smartest person to figure things out..but it does work and it really is easy. :)

The Nokia Lumia has a quadcore snapdragon processor that is super fast at opening applications. The phone i have had for 10 months and it has not fail or had a problem once. The phone was always working and ready to go. I would recommend this product for anybody but especially for people just getting a smartphone for the first time. It is easy to use and performs effortlessly. The speaker quality is like a mini speaker and it produces great sound quality.
