I like the appearance but its not sturdy so I set it up inside the garage just like an ordinary shelf organizer. You wont be able to move this even for a small nudge once you put some items as its floor base is not 1 whole solid piece. Its 2 tiny plastic pieces that are hooked and snapped together.

I bought this item because it seemed to have good reviews. Perhaps my experience is an outlier. I am not sure but I was not at all pleased with the purchase from start to finish. It was delayed several times, reported lost at one point and finally delivered almost 10 days late. Then, to add insult to injury the item itself is of poor quality. The bottom piece which should be the most sturdy is actually two pieces that snap together. Good luck putting anything heavy in the storage bench. The plastic is thin. I wouldn't date have any one, not even a child sit on it. The top was broken on one of the corners. I would have sent it back but there is a note in the instructions that seller will not be responsible for any damage to the unit while putting it together. How could we ever prove that we didn't damage the top? All and all, I hope Hay-needle enjoys spending my $90 dollars because I will not purchase anything else from them.

I purchased this because i had exactly the same model that im using now. Package arrived earlier than expected (walmart has so far done this to all my orders) just a little bit disappointed because the quality is not the same anymore like the one i bought back in 2005. Material is not as rugged before, it was thinner and kind of more brittle. I will not recommend sitting on this. Well, it still serve its purpose as a storage bin, should still be ok if you're not moving it around too often.

This storage box was so easy to put together and feels quite sturdy. It is ou pool supply box and is perfect! Even the pool skimmer fits in and there is always room for something new... I bought it and when I placed it next to the pool my husband had all his supplies for testing the pool, our swim items, as all at his finger tips in one place...,he said it was ' perfect' I impressed him with my selection and we both enjoy the convenience of the storage... The neutral color blends nicely with natures decor . Two thumbs up!

I got this box for my back yard to store cushions in. It was very easy to assemble and holds all of my cushions perfectly. But I immediately discovered that it is NOT waterproof. The seams aren't overly flush and there are holes in the bottom of the handles. If the rain blew in just the right way, it would definitely get in through those holes. The lid sits a little askew. I've had to put a brick on it, hoping that with the sun and heat, it will eventually lay flat. Also, do not get this if you're wanting to sit on it because the lid is the same simple material that the rest of the box is made out of and will not hold a person's body weight. If you're storing this in a patio, shed, garage, or whatever, it's a great deal. It's large and roomy and has wheels to roll it where you want it.
