Shelving Storage Installation

I scheduled my sofa to be assembled, and a half hour before they were supposed to arrive, they sent me an email saying that they didn't have anybody to put it together and they would reschedule me for the 26th. I was not about to wait 2 weeks to have my couch put together. So I called to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to said he could have somebody out there by 5:00 p.m. that night. I agreed. Then, a half hour before my appointment, another email stating that they didn't have anybody to put it together. As far as Angi goes, you will get no customer service out of them because you didn't direct book directly through them. Walmart needs to stop recommending them.

Was not given option to choose my own assembly date, it was chosen for me. I was emailed that the date was pushed back for 4 more days. Finally, 30 minutes prior to the final set assembly date and time, I was sent another email that it was pushed back again.

If I could give a negative star count it would be negative 100.... The person that was supposed to do my service say that they showed up to my place and I went outside even walk to the parking lot and there was no one there. they also said they completed my service and they didn't do anything. When I called the people they tried calling them several times and the person didn't even answer. they told me the next time I could get somebody for them to reschedule would be for Sunday why does 4 days away Is beyond me but I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I'M WAITING ON MY FULL REFUND BECAUSE IF I GET HALF MY REFUND FOR SOMEBODY WHO LIED AND DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE ACTUAL SERVICE PEOPLE CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COMPLETED THE JOB I'M GOING TO FIND SOME OTHER KIND OF ACTION TO SUE.

Angie's never came to assemble my dresser. After 3 reschedules I gave up and sent it back. In smaller towns they claim they can't find qualified people to do the work. Do not depend on Angie's list for your job as they are not dependable. Terrible customer service

The assembler didn't pay attention to the length of the screws he was using. He used the wrong screws for the desktop and ended up cracking it in two places. He also scuffed one of the side bars of the desk. I didn't examine the desk before he left, and didn't notice the damage until he was gone. I tried submitting pictures to Angi, but they wanted me to fill out a lengthy form and provide extensive documentation, within 72 hours, before they would consider giving a refund. My husband was having surgery the next day, so I didn't have time to gather and submit all of the documentation. I would NEVER use Angi again. It was a complete waste of money.
