Above Ground Pool Assembly (10' - 12')

The person who came was unable to assemble the chairs, scratched the arms of the chairs and top of the table. He was here for well over two hours and did not assemble one chair. I loved the chairs they were a very pretty shade of turquoise. Walmart and Angi refunded my money for the product and assembly.

The man that came out did nothing but complain but how little he was paid. Then after only putting the coach together he ran out of time to put the chairs and table together. I was even half my money back , and paid someone to assemble. The light has never worked on the table, I'm trying to figure out how to replace it

Since July 5th I have called 4 times to report wrong items and items missing from patio set. Have been put off each time telling me I would receive an e-mail regarding the matter. From July 5 to today I have never received any correspondence via emails. Please notify me or I will arrange to have these items returned at your expense.

Had two pro come out on different days due to Angi being a lousy company to finish to put up a trampoline. They knew it was a two person job from the start. However, they only sent one at a time. If i wanted two people, I would need to pay an extra $50 after already paying $156. I don't recommend this company.

I do not recommend purchasing Angi's assembly service through Walmart. The Angi's “pro” sent to assemble the patio set was not capable of performing the job correctly. Truly incompetent in assembling patio furniture. Had no clue where to begin and had so many parts left over that were necessary for the job that I was in disbelief. Walmart made good on replacing the ruined patio furniture but did not stand behind the Angi's experience and was unable to provide a refund of the money paid for this service even though Walmart offered the service at checkout when I purchased the product. I was forced to file a claim with Angi's directly, and after jumping through many hoops, having to fill out a claim form, and conducting numerous follow up calls with non-native speakers in what sounded like overseas call centers, after three weeks, I still do not have the promised refund credited back to my credit card. The whole Angi's experience was a waste of my time and money. It seems any unqualified, unvetted person can claim a job for Angi's. Buyer beware of purchasing Angi's service assembly through Walmart.
